Our vision for ministry to youth and families at Northwest is to prepare youth “for works of service so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ…and will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is Christ.” We believe that God works through families and mentoring relationships in a special way to bring about such spiritual formation. Because of this, we seek to equip parents, train mentors, and provide an environment of intergenerational service and worship.
What to Expect
Our Ministry to Youth and Families focuses on grades 6-12 and their families. There are middle school and High School classes every Sunday as well as several other programs and activities.
